Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
Quality Inspection: Before dispatch from our 37 Beaufort Street facility, every item undergoes a final quality control check to ensure it meets our premium standards.
Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and another when it has been handed over to our courier.

As soon as your order is dispatched from Brynmawr, you will receive a Tracking Number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking system to update once the carrier scans your package.
For international orders outside of the UK, Albert Fashion Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
To protect our customers from fraud and ensure successful delivery:
Address Verification: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are unable to redirect packages once they have left our facility.
Security: For higher-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery.
Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to delay or cancel any shipment if our payment processor (Stripe) flags the order as high-risk or potentially fraudulent.
Damaged on Arrival: If your package is damaged, please contact payment@albertfashion.net within 48 hours with photos of the packaging.
Lost in Transit: If your tracking hasn’t moved for more than 10 business days, we will launch an investigation with the carrier and provide a priority replacement or a full refund.
