At Albert Fashion Ltd, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair shopping experience. We understand that sometimes a garment may not be the perfect fit. Our return policy is designed to protect both the consumer and the integrity of our brand, in full alignment with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a full refund or exchange, items must be returned in their Original Condition: unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (makeup, deodorant), and free of any odors (perfume, smoke).
Tamper-Evident Tags: All Albert Fashion security tags must remain attached. Items returned with missing or re-attached tags will not be eligible for a refund.
To ensure the health and safety of our customers, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Intimate apparel (lingerie, hosiery).
Swimwear (if the hygiene protective strip has been removed).
Earrings and hair accessories.
Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
To prevent unauthorized returns and ensure your refund is processed swiftly by our Brynmawr facility:
Initiation: Contact our support team at payment@albertfashion.net with your order number.
Review: Our team will review your request within 24 hours. Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Packaging: Place the item securely in its original packaging.

Tracking: We strongly advise using a Tracked Shipping Service. Albert Fashion Ltd is not liable for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
We utilize Stripe’s secure API to handle all financial reversals, ensuring the highest level of data encryption.
Quality Control (QC): Once received, please allow 3 business days for our team to inspect the garment.
Issuance: If the QC check passes, the refund will be initiated immediately to your original payment method.
Bank Settlement: Per international banking protocols, it typically takes 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement. Please note: We have no control over bank-side delays, but we will provide you with the Stripe refund reference number upon request.
Need a different size? We offer one-time complimentary exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (subject to stock availability). Once your return is processed at our Brynmawr hub, we will ship your exchange item free of charge.
Every order is hand-inspected at 37 Beaufort Street before dispatch. If you receive a damaged item, please email payment@albertfashion.net within 48 hours with clear photographic evidence. We will provide a pre-paid return label and a priority replacement or full refund.
Albert Fashion Ltd actively monitors return frequency. We reserve the right to refuse service or flag accounts that demonstrate patterns of “wardrobing” (buying items to wear once and return) or fraudulent claim behavior.
